30 Day Return Policy

We're confident in the quality of the products we offer, but we also understand that there might be occasions when you reconsider your purchase or find that it doesn't quite meet your expectations.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt, simply cover the return shipping costs, and we'll assist you in obtaining a full refund.

For a refund to be processed, the returned item must be in "Like New" condition upon arrival at our distribution center, including all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" condition means the items must be unused and free from any signs of wear.

Please note, this 30-Day return policy is applicable to all our products, with the exception of saunas including those from Golden Designs saunas (such as Dynamic and Maxxus models). These are considered final sale.

These return guidelines are not set by us but are mandated by the brands we carry, as we incur these fees on returned items.

Damaged items

Should you receive your product and find it damaged, please inform us at the time of delivery. On the same day, email photos to service@easyspasauna.com. We will cover the cost of any merchandise that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. There is no additional cost for you to receive the item you ordered in new and fully functional condition. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please immediately contact our customer service team via email or phone. Should your cancellation request be made prior to the order being processed, you will be eligible for a complete refund. If the cancellation request is made after processing, the order will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

Please be aware that any orders exceeding $5,000 or instances of multiple order cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 5%, regardless of the order's processing status.
